I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the location was great with easy access to the Plaza de Armas and the San Blas neighborhood, the rooms were quite small and lacked views. The service was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The dining options were decent but could have been better. Overall, a good stay with some minor drawbacks.

My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The rooms were nice and clean, and the staff, although non-English speaking, were super nice and helpful. The location was excellent, just a short walk away from the main plaza. However, the dining experience left much to be desired, with poor organization and quality.
